Yes, well dear humans I'm sure you'll always have an answer for that ;-)
I am embarking on a life-changing, body-licious journey and I want to take you with me. You might be thinking "Why the hell... What?"
If most of you are the way I used to be - completely dumbfounded whilst faceplanting into SO much information about health, !!!!!DIETING!!!!!, exercising, and what you should eat and what you should quickly throw out of your cupboards (seeing those high fructose double chocolate brownies going into a big black bin bag must have been a tearjerker, huh), just all the THIS is bad, THAT is good, you CAN'T do this, you HAVE TO do this..... UGH! - then read on :-)
My goal here is to help you, step by step, sort through all this bullshit and give you a hand in figuring out what is right for the type of person YOU are and what YOUR health goals are.
First - a couple of very simple rules I'm implementing for any potential readers...
1. Diets are stupid.
- They suck. The end.
- They give you a short-term solution which later turns into another long term problem (aka. yo-yo dieting)
- They restrict and limit your food options.
- The word "DIET" has terribly negative connotations.
It's about changing your perspective on food and how much power it can have over your body and mind.
Once you realize what a "low-fat, no added-sugar" ready meal ACTUALLY has in it, where it comes from and what it does to the human insides, you'll never want to look at it or think about it again.
I'm not talking about eating just raw greens or drinking your own pee here (oh yeah - it happens).
I'm talking about realizing what you are using to FUEL your body.
But I guess whether you choose methyl cellulose (aka. WALLPAPER PASTE.. found in low fat prepackaged foods) or an organic sweet potato is up to you.
**Biggest tip I can give you when it comes to food - READ YOUR LABELS** and PLEASE avoid chemical shit storms such as these..
I will go more into these lethal concoctions in another post.
2. No Excuses!
Sure, there is always a perfect time to workout in the day, a perfect amount of sleep and a perfect amount of fuel in your stomach to perfectly energize that perfect workout of yours...
Hm. The room for excuses in that one is endless..

If you REALLY want to change your life, you won't need perfect conditions for it. You just need your body and your mind.
All I can say for now is that you need to be stronger than your excuses - I promise you that that alone will set you up for success.
There is ALWAYS a way.
PUSH your limits!

3. Be Proud of Yourself!
Don't wait until you reach your ultimate goal to be proud of yourself.
Every single step towards that goal is a reason to be proud of yourself.
Nothing gets easier - You just get stronger.
